ZULU provides tailored training, facilitation, design and evaluation services on the field of development cooperation.

► Training and facilitation. We provide training and facilitation on various themes related to the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of development cooperation projects and programmes (see examples under design).

► Design. We design and provide facilitated processes on project and programme design and development (project support, programme support, EU projects). Specific components include such as theory of change, results frameworks, indicators, PMEL systems, baseline data collection, risk management, budgets, disability inclusion, sustainability and exit plans.

► Evaluation. We assess applications and evaluate development projects and programmes, including communications and global citizenship education projects both in the North and South. Our working languages are Finnish, English and French.
